Suzanne Elizabeth Vazquez is
a Partner in the law firm of NeJame, LaFay,
Jancha, Vazquez, Barker and Joshi, P.A. heading the Immigration
Division. Suzanne Vazquez is board
certified by the Florida Bar in the area
of Immigration and
Nationality Law, one of only a handful of
board certified Immigration lawyers
in Central Florida.
Being the daughter of immigrants herself,
Ms. Vazquez has a unique and beneficial perspective
of the challenges and issues associated with
Immigration in the United States. Governmental
red tape, complex and ever-changing laws
and policies and attendant consequences can
all require legal representation that is
creative, innovative and committed. Suzanne
Vazquez has vast experience in addressing and navigating
these areas, having successfully represented
many U.S. employers, foreign national investors,
families, and foreign -based businesses with
complex immigration cases. Ms. Vazquez also has
had a number of victories in the Immigration
and Federal courts.
Suzanne Vazquez and her team ( the I team) handle
the full range of U.S. Immigration cases
and laws with respect to all of the government
agencies involved in the United States and
abroad. Whether handling an extremely complicated
matter or the routine, Ms. Suzanne and her dedicated
team compassionately and aggressively assess
and address each and every client.
Significantly, Suzanne Vazquezis joined in the Firm
by two other Board Certified Immigration
Lawyers, Roger Bernstein and Linda Osberg-Braun,
who are both serve as of counsel to NeJame,
LaFay, Jancha, Vazquez, Barker and Joshi,
P.A. Primarily working out of Miami offices,
Roger Bernstein and Linda Osberg-Braun assist Suzanne in both our
South Florida and complex cases throughout
the country. Having 3 out of the
only approximately 50 Board Certified Immigration
Lawyers associated
with our Firm provides an invaluable and
incomparable resource to Suzanne and her
immigration team in assisting and representing
our clients.
Suzanne received her Bachelor of Arts from
the University of Texas-Austin, and her Juris
Doctorate from St. Mary’s University
School of Law, San Antonio, Texas. Ms. Vazquez
became interested in Immigration law during
her second year of law school when she participated
in St. Mary's Immigration clinical program
under the tutelage of Ms. Lee Teran. Suzanne Vazquez
was born in New York City and is the daughter
of Cuban and British immigrants.
